Okay, so I've disappeared from the face of the planet for a while (not true if you're aware I've still been reading and commenting...), but after receiving a comment asking if "Idol Shuffle" would be updated, I thought I should do something to let people know I'm still alive and working on things.
I'll be honest and tell you all know that I actually have not written too much recently (though I do have a chapter of "Compensation" written by hand which I was too lazy to type up), but, my brain is still pumping out ideas. Especially since I have officially finished High School and have three months of pure freedom~~
So here are a few of the ideas I've got right now. If there are any suggestions, please do leave a comment!
- Chapter 2 of "Manly Maknae", titled "Dancer Maknae" or "The Little Soldier". It'll be Hyuk and N brotherly-ness. This one is already planned out, I've just got to write it.
- "I think my plant's going through puberty". A crackfic idea, either for EXO, BlockB1A4 or BTOB. I'm still deciding. This one is a dormlife fic, similar to the fourth idea here, but a lot more lighthearted and crackish.
- An EatYourKimchi plot: Simon and Martina go on a quest to find the kidnapped Spudgy and Meemers whilst running into Kai who won't stop teleporting, EXO, who have lost their pants, and Taeman, who keeps eating Doritoes, much to the despair of his manager. Meanwhile, GD has stolen Spudgey and the Meems and they fight bravely, bonding together as they try to find their way home.
(^That plot was made up at something like 2am whilst I was brain dead from studying for my Chemistry HSC - Aussie equivalent to SAT. I have no idea where it came from or where it was going.)
- A group of friends /coughIDOLS who have lived separately have just moved in to share a dorm for the first time. A sliceoflife story which will show both the negatives and positives of living together. This one is also either for BlockB1A4, EXO or BTOB.
I am going to rewrite and revamp MTV2: Idol Shuffle, but I'm reconsidering how crackish B1A4 can get. Lord knows Block B are insane but I feel B1A4 are far less so (except Badeul) and perhaps it limits my crack meter slightly. Then again. Aren't some groups full of crack just because the fans made it so?
So anyway, November is the month of NaNoWriMo and even know I'm going on holiday (To 'Murica!) from late Nov to mid-December (3 weeks), may as well get started on one/some of these ideas, right?
Yeah........ I'll kick off with writing up that VIXX oneshot. I've got to start somewhere......
